Payment

Deadline: 

Payment in full must be postmarked or submitted no later than 6/15/08 to be considered on time and ensure your room reservations.  Payment is considered LATE and subject to the late fee if postmarked or submitted after 6/15/08

Payment Plans

• You may submit your registration form and make partial payments.
• You must submit at least $75 (registration fee) with your registration.
• You must submit the balance due by 6/15/08 or pay the $25 late fee.

Active Chapters Savings Accounts 

• You may submit your registration form and transfer money from your OPA savings account.
• You must notify the VP of Finance of the amount to transfer for Convention.
• You must pay any balance due by 6/15/0/08 or pay the late fee.

Check Payment

If you selected to pay by check, you do NOT need to complete the payment submission below.  Make your check payable to Omega Phi Alpha and mail to:

PayPal Payment

 

If you selected to pay by PayPal, please follow the instructions below.

 

Instructions: 

• You will need to know how much you are paying today, either the full amount due, a $75 registration deposit, or additional payments.  

• When you click on the submit payment button below, it will take you to a PayPal page where YOU will input the amount you are paying.  

• OPA already has your registration form, so we will be able to apply the amount paid towards your total due, but please be sure in the comments section to put your name and chapter.

• If you have any trouble, please contact Shayna Morris at finance@omegaphialpha.org.

• If you intend to pay only your deposit at this time, please note your deposit should be at least equal to $75.  You can come back to this page later to make additional payments by going to http://omegaphialpha.org/News_Events/Conventions/convpymnt.html.  You DO NOT need to complete the registration form again.  There will be a link on the Convention page that will connect you to directly to this page for additional payments.  

• You can ALSO mail additional payments by check to the address above for check payments - Be sure to indicate in the memo line on the check who the payment is meant for, so it can be matched to the correct registration form.

Cancellations/Refunds:

 

If you must cancel, you will receive a refund of fees, if possible.  Based on the amount of notice received, the following refunds will be possible:

• Requested by 6/15/07: 100% refund

• Requested after 7/1/07: 75% refund
