The Fine Print It shall be the policy of Omega Phi Alpha not to discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, handicap or sex. Membership may include members and non-members of social fraternities and sororities, and students enrolled in all departments of the college or university. No Omega Phi Alpha chapter or individual of Omega Phi Alpha shall engage in or condone any form of hazing. Hazing shall include, but is not limited to: any action taken or any situation created to intentionally or with reckless embarrassment or ridicule; any form of verbal or physical harassment or abuse; and engaging in public stunts, morally degrading or humiliating behavior or games, whether on or off campus. Excessive demands on a student's time so as to interfere with academic performance shall be considered as hazing. These standards shall be measured by the subjective perception of said "hazing" within reason. There shall be no use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol of any kind where the name of Omega Phi Alpha, or the chapter, or a sister is sponsoring or promoting an Omega Phi Alpha event, meeting or gathering.
